The Playford's Quarantine Food

Day of arrival in Adelaide was counted as Day 0 of quarantine. Western food, Indian food, Vietnam food and Chinese food served to us were wonderful.

Baked potato gnocchi with amatriciana sauce - Very soft, almost mushy like gnocchi

Lamington (Dessert) - Dry texture cake coated in a layer of chocolate. With sprinkled dessicated coconut.

Lamb sausages with baked vegetables - real meat sausages. 

Arancini- Deep fried glutinous rice. Enjoyable 

White chocolate ganache with raspberries and blueberries - The only dessert that was not too sweet with lovely fragrant berries.

Butter chicken with baked cauliflower - Taste like tandoori chicken satay. Nice

Fig - my lifetime first time taste of delicious fruit. Great with vanilla mascarpone

Beef sirloin - Give me medium rare cooked meat. Anytime

Banh Mi - One of the many first tried food in Adelaide. taste like subway sandwich

Conchiglioni with ricotta - Interesting name. Pasta with kulit siput shape which cheese ricotta hidden inside. Nice
