Weekends are shopping days
It had been two months since we flew to Adelaide using SQ279. We were adjusting ourselves to the new environment with no wearing mask rule and cool, dry weather. During the weekends, we tended to drive around to Asian groceries' shops. We drove to Dai Phat Supermarket and AMK Groceries today. Non GMO Australian soya beans was the cheapest among mung beans, red beans, peanuts and cashew nuts. It was priced at AUD 3.50 per kilo. The Fish Factory was nearby too. We drove there a couple of times only to realise today that it is opened from Monday to Saturday only. The fishy smell was strong in the air as soon as we entered the fish place. We bought some mussels without knowing what to cook with them. Interestingly, there were many options of cooked seafood. Something new to me.
